Services · Storefront Checkup

See your business the way your customers do.

You’re good at what you do. Keeping a website fast, a Google listing current and the code underneath it right is a different job, and few owners have time for it. We check your website and your Google Business Profile the way a customer on a phone sees them, and the way Google reads them. You get a written report, checked by a person, with what to fix first.

What we check

Four things that decide whether a customer calls you.

We look from the outside, the way customers and Google do. No passwords, and nothing is changed.

  1. Speed on a real phone

Most people looking for a local business are on their phone, often on the way there. We load your site on an ordinary phone over a mobile connection and time it. If it’s slow, we say what’s slowing it down.

  2. Every way to reach you

We tap your phone number, send your contact form and follow your booking link. We look for an expired security certificate, a menu stuck in a PDF and hours that are out of date: the things that quietly lose you calls.

  3. Your Google listing

Where you show up on the map when someone nearby searches for what you do. Whether your categories and services match what people search for. What your photos say, and how often new reviews come in and get answered.

  4. What Google can read

Behind every page is information meant only for search engines: your address, the area you serve, your hours. We check that it’s there, that it’s right, and that it matches your Google listing.

How it works

Your business name, town and website. We find your Google listing ourselves.

    We go through it

A person checks everything on this page, on a real phone, and writes up what they find.

  3. 03

    You get your report

A private link with every finding in priority order. Talk it through with us if you like, or not at all.

Price

Questions

What people ask before they order.

Is this a sales pitch?

No. The report is yours whether or not you ever buy anything from us, and every finding says how to fix it yourself. If you’d rather we fixed it, we’ll tell you what that costs, once.

Do you need my passwords?

No. We look from the outside, the way customers and Google do. Nothing on your site or your listing is changed.

Someone else looks after my site. Can I send them the report?

Yes. It’s written so whoever looks after your site can act on it.

I don’t have a website yet.

Then start with a free sample site: we build a real page for your business and send you the link.

I’m already a PageTend client. Do I need this?

No. Checking your site and listing is already part of your plan.

How do I pay?

We email you an invoice for $250 when you order, and start as soon as it’s paid.
