A blog that actually gets written.
Every website builder comes with a blog. Almost nobody keeps one going, because the hard part was never the software: it is finding the time to write. We do the writing. You send us your news or a question your customers keep asking, and approve the post before it goes live on your site.
Why bother
More reasons for Google to send people your way.
A website that never changes says the same few things forever. Each post is a new page that answers a real question, in your words, on your own address.
-
Found for more searches
People search with questions: how much, how long, which one. A post that answers one well can bring visitors who would never have typed your name.
-
A site that looks alive
Recent posts tell visitors, and Google, that the business is open, busy and paying attention.
-
Answers you can share
Send a customer the link instead of typing the same answer again. Use the post in your newsletter or on your Google profile.
How a post works
From “someone should write about this” to live, in a few days.
- 01
Tell us what happened
Email or text changes@pagetend.com, the same way you ask for any change: a new dish, an event, a job you’re proud of, or a question customers keep asking. A sentence and a photo are enough.
- 02
We write it
A clear, useful post in plain words, built from what you told us and what is already on your site. We never make up prices, dates or claims.
- 03
You read it on your own site
We email you a private preview link. It shows the post exactly as it will look on your website, before anyone else can see it.
- 04
Approve with one button
Press Approve and publish on the preview, or reply “approve”. Want a change? Reply with it and we send a new preview.
- 05
It goes live
On the day you chose, or straight away. You get the link to share, and Google gets a new page to find.
How it compares
Blog software versus a blog that’s done.
Website builders give you a blog editor. That still leaves the topic, the writing, the photos and the publishing to you.

Questions
What people ask before they add it.
How many posts do I get?
Two a calendar month. If you want more, extra posts are $25 each, and the preview always tells you before one is charged. Unused posts don’t roll over.
What if I don’t have any news?
Most of the best posts aren’t news. They answer a question your customers ask: how long a job takes, what to bring, how to choose. Tell us the questions you hear and we’ll turn them into posts.
Do I have to write anything?
No. A sentence, a voicemail or a few photos is enough. We do the writing, and you check the result.
Can I see the post before it goes live?
Always. You get a private link that shows the post on your own site, exactly as visitors will see it. Nothing is published until you approve it, and if the post changes after you approve, you approve the new version.
Where does the blog live?
On your own website, at your own address: yourbusiness.com/blog. Every post has its own page, in your site’s design, with a link in your menu.
Will it help my Google ranking?
It gives Google more useful pages to show for more searches, which is what helps over time. Nobody can honestly promise a ranking, and we don’t.
Can a post be changed or taken down later?
Yes. Ask us and we take it down straight away, or fix it and send you a new preview. A post’s address never changes, so links people have shared keep working.
Do I need a PageTend website?
Yes. The blog is an add-on to a website plan: the posts live on your site. It’s $39 a month on the same invoice, or $390 a year on an annual plan.
Add a blog you never have to write.
$39 a month for two posts, written for you and approved by you.
