Services · Google Review Requests

More Google reviews, without asking awkwardly.

After each job, tell us who your customer was. They get a short, friendly email from your business asking for a review on Google, with one reminder a few days later. We write it, send it and look after it. You keep doing the work your reviews will be about.

Fully managed

The review request you mean to send and never do.

Most businesses know reviews matter and still forget to ask. This makes asking part of finishing the job, with almost nothing for you to do.

  1. From you, not from us

Your name, your logo, your colors. Replies come straight to your inbox. Your customer never hears of PageTend.

  2. One tap to Google

The button opens Google’s review box for your business. No app, no account, no hunting for your listing.

  3. One reminder, then nothing

If they don’t get to it, one short reminder five days later. Never a third email, and one-click opt-out on every message.

  4. Unhappy? They can just reply

Every email says “something not quite right? just reply”, so problems come to you first, while the Google button stays right there for everyone.

  5. By Google’s rules

Everyone gets the same email, nobody is offered anything for a review, and nobody is asked twice for the same job. That keeps your listing safe.

  6. We do the sending

You forward a name and email, or just mention them when you send us photos of the job. We check it, send it and keep the record.

A Google review request from a sample roofing company: “Thanks for choosing Trueline Roofing”, with a “Leave a Google review” button

The email

Short, friendly, and in your brand.

This is the real email, here for a sample roofing company. Yours carries your business name, logo and colors, and greets your customer by their first name with the job you did for them.

The wording is the same for every customer on purpose: Google doesn’t allow asking only the happy ones, and a message that works shouldn’t be rewritten every time.

Want to see yours? We send you a sample before the first one goes out.

The one reminder, five days later: “Could you leave us a review?”, thanking anyone who already did

The reminder

One nudge, five days later. Then we stop.

Most people mean to leave a review and forget. One short reminder catches them. Anyone who already left one is thanked and told to ignore it.

If the email bounced, was marked as spam, or the customer opted out, there is no reminder at all.

How it works

Thirty seconds after each job.

  1. 01

    Tell us who to ask

Email or text us the customer’s name and email when the job is done. Sending photos of the finished work? Add the customer in the same message: the photos go on your site and the request goes out.

  2. 02

    We check and send

We make sure they haven’t been asked recently and haven’t opted out, then the email goes out from your business, usually the same day.

  3. 03

    Reviews arrive on Google

Your customer taps the button and writes their review. On a Google profile plan, we reply to every review within two business days too.

How it compares

A review app versus review requests looked after.

Review apps are good software. Someone still has to feed them customers, check the wording and keep the rules, and that someone is usually the owner.

Questions

What people ask before they add it.

Is it included in my plan?

It’s included in both Google profile plans: Website + Google profile and Google profile only. With the Managed website plan on its own, it’s $29 a month, or $290 a year.

Do I need you to manage my Google profile?

No. You only need a Google listing for your business. If you don’t have one yet, our Google profile plans set it up for you.

Can you only ask the happy customers?

No, and nobody should. Google’s rules forbid asking only customers you expect to be happy, and US consumer law treats it as misleading. Every customer gets the same email. Anyone with a problem can reply, and it comes straight to you.

Can I offer a discount for a review?

No. Google doesn’t allow rewards for reviews, so the email never offers one.

How do I send you customers?

Email or text us their name and email, the same way you send us any change. If you’re sending photos of a finished job for your site, add the customer in the same message.

Do you send texts?

Not for now: email only. It needs no extra sign-up from your customers and keeps things simple.

What if a customer doesn’t want these emails?

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Once they use it, we never send them another review request from your business.

Will you ask the same customer twice?

Not for the same job. We won’t ask the same person again within 90 days unless it’s for a new job.

What happens to my customers’ details?

We use them only to send the request and its reminder. Names and email addresses are deleted 180 days after sending.

Can I cancel it?

Yes. Monthly billing can be cancelled any time; annual billing is paid upfront and isn’t refundable. On a Google profile plan it’s simply part of the plan.
