Know who is coming, before the day.

An RSVP is a sign-up with a head-count. Guests say how many are coming, you see the total as it grows, and when the event is full the form closes by itself.

The event

Harbor Lane block party

This is a made-up event on our sample calendar. Its page has the details, the map and an Add to calendar button, and the form below is how people RSVP.

RSVP for the block party

It works: send it, then send it again with a different number of guests. Your second answer replaces the first, and the count above never counts you twice. The party holds 60, so enough RSVPs will close it.

7 going

Allergies, a stroller, a dish you would like to bring.

What you and your guests get

An RSVP is a custom form tied to an event, so everything on the forms page works here too.

  1. A head-count, not just a name

Each guest says how many are coming, themselves included. You see the total, not just the number of replies.

  2. A live “going” count

Show “23 going” above the form, and the spots left once it is nearly full, or keep the number to yourself. Your portal always shows it.

  3. Closes itself when full

Set a limit and sign-ups close the moment it is reached. The next visitor sees a friendly notice you wrote, not an error.

  4. A confirmation with the details

Every guest gets an email with the date, time, place and map, and a button to add the event to their calendar.

  5. Changed their mind? Just RSVP again

The newest answer from the same email address replaces the older one, so nobody is counted twice.

  6. A guest list you can download

See every RSVP in your client portal, search it, and download it as a spreadsheet to print for the door.

How we set it up

Tell us the event, the date and how many you can host. We add it to your calendar, build the RSVP form and place it on the event's page, or anywhere else you like, and send you a link to try it first.

If the event fills up and you find room for more, ask us to raise the limit and sign-ups reopen. RSVPs are for events you are hosting. If you need tickets with a price, a dedicated ticketing service is the better tool.
